Ohhh man. This religion talk... makes me think about the time my brother went to a church with a friend, he would go on occasion and it was totally hunky dory, anyway one day he came back and said "I WAS SAVED!!" My Dad was VERY VERY unimpressed.
I went to a church with a friend (she said I was sad because the devil was inside me, this should have been MY FIRST CLUE) and they had people being saved very dramatically and passing out and there were all these ushers with sparkly blue blankets covering them up as they writhed about speaking in tounges. Let's just say I never EVER made the mistake of crying in class EVER AGAIN! Nor did I ever make the mistake of attending church with anyone without checking WHICH church.
The evil evil company I last worked for spawned a church of their own, the church offices had been in the same building as the factory (yeah, figure THAT ONE OUT) the church's name "NEW APOSTOLIC CHURCH (http://www.newapostolicchurch.org)" which was just a way that the chauvanistic retards could keep and gain control over women and money. It's not a small church either... and it's all very cultish, I don't understand why any women were/are members. I didn't learn much about the church, as seeing and working with the higher ups (because all the men who were my bosses had high church positions) I decided it wasn't very good and I didn't need to know WHY because it was THAT obvious.

Those biggies in the church that I worked for aka "chauvanistic retards" were the BIGGEST SINNERS I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. No word of a lie. I have better CHRISTIAN VALUES.
I am wearing blue socks with monkeys on them.

(mothers have a way of doing that, don't they?)
Today my "mother-in-law" (Eric & are not "legally we"---stupid conventions. it sounds so clunky to say "the mother of the guy i've been living with for the past 8 years...") anyway, she is coming over and bringing Kripsy Kreme Original Glazed! YEEHAWW!!
Other things going on today: drilling glass for the thingies I'm making (it's a secret!); finishing the fake (i loathe the word "faux") stained glass window i'm doing beside the front door; doing other artsy stuff. (like adding lots of parenthetical asides to my typing...http://guerillart.org/nness/smileys/cheeze.gif

i want to cut my own hair or shave it or dye it or grow it out. the choice often is just the easiest one at the moment. like i dont have clippers anymore, so its not shaved. its not dyed because i would have to aquire dye. its not gonna get cut by me anytime soon because im scared of what it would turn out as. right now its growing out. wow. so incredibly profound, i need to rule the world with this knowledge.

I'm pretty adventurous when it comes to food, but my family doesn't eat that kind of stuff. So I've never had sweetbreads.

I am in a nasty bitchy mood today because all I've been doing is working around this freaking place. It overwhelms me sometimes, the amount of stuff that needs to be done.
I wish that I could sell the place, get rid of the horses and buy a cute little cottage someplace closer to my job. I'm also sick of the 70 minute commute back and forth everyday.
Of course, selling is unthinkable right now, because this place belonged to my grandparents and, according to my family, it woudl "sacreligous" to sell. Of course, I don't see them up here helping out when shit gets out of control. (well, ecxcept for my father...and I don't even want to get into that right now.)
I need a joint.

Last night, I was super sweaty, so I decided to sleep with only my underwear on. Then this morning, I woke up thinking it was a working day...saw the clock, realized I was late, and BOLTED out of bed and out of my room. I got to the bathroom and realized I had no clothes on.

this is for you if your screenname is blue:
Emo /eee-moe/ (short for emotional) is a genre of punk rock music. The term was originally applied to bands in the Washington DC punk scene who played a more raucous and emotional form of punk than the norm. There are many legends concerning the origin of the term "emo", but one of the most prevalent is that at an early DC show, a fan shouted "You're emo!" at a band (though the myths differ as to which band — some say Embrace, some say Rites of Spring). Generally, emo has changed into another form of alternative rock.
The genre (or, at least, the classic "DC sound," pioneered by bands such as Faith, Rites of Spring, and Embrace) has its roots in punk rock. Perhaps the biggest influence over the genre was Minneapolis, MN's Hüsker Dü, whose 1984 album Zen Arcade provided the blueprint for early emo: complex music with intense vocals and deeply introspective songwriting. The influential early emo (or "emocore", as it became known) band Rites of Spring sped up this style.

my mother is making me take the test for my beginner's permit, for driving - tomorrow- i don't wanna!!! If I get my licence again I'll be able to DRIVE and then I might actually DRIVE a car instead of being friendly to my environment, maybe not today but someday. NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

no sides either, the thought is nice though and for that I thank you.
we crossed kerfluffles (listen I know it's kefuffle however I even SAY kerfluffle and always have so - kerfluffle it is to me) I'm editing that post soon as I post this one - sorry about that, I had a moment and I admit it.
I don't recall you leaving the site,(maybe I hadn't joined yet) that must have been quite the thing though.

Me and my carpool buddy are trying to find a new place to park our leave-behind car. The gas station that had been letting us park there for the last 2 months has changed their policy about allowing carpoolers to park there.
Sucks for them, because my fat ass was *always* in there buying junk food for the drive.
I figure they're losing out on at least $500/year in junk food & coke alone! And probably $1600/year in gas.

This "someone" toys with me and then doesn't follow through on any of their "promises" or "threats."
I think that if you say you are going to do something or want to do something, then you ought to just go for it...for the most part.
Am I making any sense at all?
Skilyne
09-27-2004, 01:15 PM
Well...all I can say is that this needs a resolution, and it would be nice if that resolution went the way I want it to go.
On a different note, I ate a sub from Subway today and thought of Larrissa. I got the same thing I usually get...a meatball sub with EXTRA EXTRA sauce and cheese...and yellow banana peppers. YUMMY!
Although, sometimes I also get the pizza sub on Parmesan Oregano bread with extra cheese and yellow banana peppers.
Skilyne
09-27-2004, 01:16 PM
Everytime I tell the people at Subway to really add extra sauce, they look at me kind of funny. Now I've taken to just asking them to make the meatball sub with enough sauce to make it soggy.
I still get funny looks.
I'd look at me funny too...if I were them.

I can't tell you the last time I actually *went* to the post office to mail something. I bought a postal scale when I was actively selling stuff on ebay, and I get all of my postage prices on the usps website. Plus I order stamps and stuff online, or ask someone I know to pick up stamps for me while they're at the post office! ;)
The postal worker who picks up the mail in our office does not like my homemade magazine-page envies. The first time I mailed something in one, he gave me the third degree and seemed skeptical that it was "approved" mail material.

Yeah, that makes sense: porn is usually the first market for parody.

I'm making myself sick on Crispie Creme donuts.
Yeah: "Crispie Creme" with Cs. It's Chillicothe's original donut shop, "since 1929."
According to corporate giant Krispy Kreme (http://www.hoovers.com/free/co/secdoc.xhtml?ipage=902757&doc=1%20): "... one 'Crispie Creme' doughnut store is operated in each of Ross and Scioto Counties, Ohio. The operators of these stores claim priority to the mark Crispie Creme, but it is expected that they will agree to limit their operations to these two counties."
We're the one in Ross County. ;)

My friend called from NYC yesterday.
She said some lady had tossed herself onto the tracks at Canal Street Station and began ranting about the corruption of society and how she was going to kick everyone's ass.
The cops came to pull her off the tracks, and she threatened to kick their asses too...and one cop yelled at her to stop yelling and flailing about or he was going to shoot her. He wasn't REALLY going to...he just told her that. After awhile, they got her off the tracks and took her to the hospital.
Some lady on the subway platform was taking pictures of the whole thing with her cell phone.

Dancing with one's son is more important than housecleaning. Regardless of what one's grandmother might think.
