I think I'm listening to too much news lately.
Sometimes crying just 2 times a day isn't nearly enough.
I'm not tired of yourself, Blue. Send it to me in a collage. ;)

1. I think I need to qualify my last statement about crying.
2. I mean I don't think I should cry a lot, because then I feel helpless. Other people should cry a lot (See "Free to Be, You and Me" where the big burly football player sings "It's all right to cry.") because they aren't as screwed up as me  .
3. My nose gets red, and then I look like a puffy-eyed freak.

I am so tired that my brain feels numb.
Tomorrow I am going to a street fair to look for a vendor I met on craftster.org.
Gwensdad returned his new mitre saw to the store. He found out that his dad just bought the exact same saw!
I am waiting for several travelling lmao's and I hope they do not all come at once!
Reed must be in Paris now because neither of them are posting.

1. It is raining horribly in nowheresville, Ohio.
2. It usually floods when this happens.
3. Of course, this is nothing compared to Florida and the other southern parts of the country.

1. I think the last time I posted in 3 random facts, there were only 500-ish pages...
2. I've missed all my fellow 3-random-fact buddies too much... I won't stay away again! (but I may *never* catch up on the 700-ish pages I missed!)
3. I think I'll add more than 3 facts to make up for my absense somewhat.... or maybe I'll just serial post....

4. Luckily the only damage we've had from all the hurricane wind and rain is a block of shingles that blew off my roof.
5. I forgot to put earrings on this morning, and now I feel naked.
6. I'm afraid that all these hurricaines are going to force our cruise line to cancel our trip next month..... :(

Hi, Gwensmom! I was just staring at an empty pack of M&Ms and thinking about making you a postcard! :P
7. I'm afraid of spies  so there will be no more posts about my coworkers... sorry!
8. Maybe one more -- they still suck. But I'm trying to be careful to cover my ass as much as possible....
9. I'm helping my younger sister plan her wedding, while she hasn't been offically proposed to yet. She's created a monster, though. Within 4 hours of asking me to be a bridesmaid (or, I can hardly bear to say it -- MATRON! bleck! ), I had a list a mile long of wedding related decisions to be made. I'm going to be a mess come April....

~ Yay! Cindi is back! :D Funny that you happened to post today because the Nervousness LMAO I was working on that I posted about earlier this morning was your mosaic coloring book LMAO! The book looks beautiful by the way. Everyone has done an awesome job. :)
~ I need to drink more fluids. It's amazing I don't get sick very often since I am probably dehydrated the majority of the time. It's Noon time here, I have been out of bed since a little before 8:00 AM, yet I haven't had a single drop of water or any liquid, to drink so far. Bad Sarah!
~ I just found out one of my coworkers broke her wrist. This means she will be out of work for quite a while (since all we do is type), which means I will have a lot more work to do and I will be the one expected to stay late all of the time. Grrr.

10. I was recently diagnosed with sleep aphena (forgive my piss-poor spelling), and now I have to sleep with a breathing machine. It scares the bejezzus out of the cats.
11. Hubs is at home recovering from a pulled absess (again with the spelling...) tooth. Hopefully the Vicadin is helping
12. I'm finding it increasingling difficult to come up with random facts. I must be out of practice.

Yep, I have a twin, but were fraternal (not identical). We look similar, as regular sibling do, but I'm 2 inches taller than her and have darker hair.
Why are you sick? What's wrong? I know this isnt a fact, but I'm concerned...it's that maternal thing, ya know.
No sun will be shining around here for the next couple days, either. I'm thinking about postponing my trip to Put-in-Bay.

I witnessed a very unique fashion statement this morning -- a guy wearing camouflage pants and jacket, a huge black cowboy hat, boots, and a loud multi-colored hawaiian shirt. I guess the rational was that we couldn't see his legs because of the pants, so he could wear any shirt.
I don't have anything poetic or contemplative to add.

Dropped off a bunch of Junk at the thrift store today...I felt like I was losing a part of me.
Then I snapped out of it when I realized that if the junk had been piled in the back of Megan's room for months without me even remembering what was in there.
I also went to my Grammy's to hang out for a little bit, came home with a bunch of her newspapers to go in the recycle bin and a bag full of old greeting cards to be recycled in to artsy stuff.

I have been in a lot of pain all week. My chiropractor had to do stuff to my shoulder and both of my feet. For 21 years he has never adusted anything but my back and neck! Everything feels better but my shoulder still hurts.
All of this and some other problems with my feet and knees are because Gwen has gotten so heavy. Maybe the state will come through with some assistance when I have to go to a nursing home or something. I'm calling them Monday.
I FINALLY finished this huge scarf I have been making for several months. When I finish two more hats I will put it all up for auction to benefit nervousness.

Sock monkey flannel pants!!! Where did she get those??
My sister told me she always wanted a sock monkey so I suppose I had better make her one for Christmas.
My sister called me today to tell me that she had been to the Joanne's in Ft. Myers. She went on and on about how great it was and all she bought was a spool of thread!

I spent some time this weekend reading right-wing websites -- trying to achieve a genuine understanding of the "opposition" (and my mother's absurd support of a candidate whose policies she doesn't support).
I'm more than a little disturbed by some of what I've seen... No matter who wins this election, there's a scarey, regressive, anti-intellectual -- and ruthlessly activist -- "religious" element in American culture that's gonna be here long past November.
This would be a good spot for a light-hearted chuckle about Life In General.

I am not gonna give it back yet though. Don't worry she has not driven since her mild stroke 3 years ago, and since my Grandpas death 1 year ago the only person who has driven it is my stoner cousin, so she is not in any hurry to get it back.

I'm irked. I met with my insurance agent last week to re-evaluate my coverage and today I got the bill for my new policy. Turns out that for the last 4 years I've been paying $159 a year for coverage I didn't need in the first place. <_<
I will not spend the rest of today making lists of what I could have done with $634.64 over the past 4 years.

blarg. stuff sucks.
Lately the waitress job has been kinda sucky. We're training some new ones right now. They're far enough along to work by themselves, but not far enough to work a shift wholly alone. So there have been the regular two waitresses, and then the trainee third. On a good saturday night I can come home with $70.
but last saturday I came home with $19. Tell me that doesn't suck huge ass.

He just didn't understand why we couldn't. HE said he really valued my friendship.

Wondering where Bluecrayon's "there" is....
Hoping she packs enough C words to make the trip safely and comfortably...
Thinking Bluecrayon is the free-spirit, not me.

I earned some Karma points today...I had a box of unopened formula and baby food and I posted it on free-cycle and it now has a new home with a mom who is having just as many financial problems as me.
Today is the first day Megan has worn her big girl panties to leave the house...so far, so good.
She wants me to go lay down with her on the couch and watch Beauty & The Beast Oh Joy! <_<

I am testing a new recipe called "Crustless spinach pie". It is in the oven and smells great.
I was walking down the hall barefoot and slipped and fell. I was drinking ice water and it got all over my face.
Gwensdad is thawing out. He came home and kissed me "because he had too much chapstick on" and needed to give me some.

As some of you may know...I fall asleep on the couch watching TV 95% of the week, so this morning I woke up to the Shrubs address to the UN and the whole time I am listening I am adding my own foot notes to the speech.
I NEED to do laundry! http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_13_5.gif
