elicia tamburine = some recipe i sent somewhere + a bunch of references to my dog.

and my dog's pictures come up on Google images searches too.

My real name (super top-secret!) is all over the internet, because I share it with a prominent Australian and a football player who is literally twice my size (he weighs in at 270 lbs).

Most of the Helquins returned by any search engine are me, because I researched the name years ago before I started using it as my former home-business name. It used to return only a few hits: some awful painting called "Helquin's Tempest" and the etymology of the word "harlequin." I believe it is also a not-uncommon French surname, so you can get more hits by not limiting the search to English-language sites.

Since I designed some popular blog templates for the BlogSkins site earlier this year, the Helquin name is now *everywhere* online... all of those "Design by Helquin" credits pop up. So woohoo! When I search my real name, I get a bunch of little bits and pieces I wrote--bedtime rituals, homemaking class ideas, the pre-Y2K parody verse (with the end line "Pass this on to everyone you know!"), stuff like that--plus some photography archive index entries that include Janna, Mauldin, and Heiner, all referring to different people, and a homynym list from U. Mass. that lists homynyms for Janna, Heiner and Mauldin.

When I just searched Janna, I found this, made all the more weird because my brother's name is John...
